He said air traffic controllers<br>\nhave been ordered to refuse requests to land in cases of bad<br>\nweather.<\/p>\n<p>Three of the aircraft refused landing clearance belong to<br>\nMandala Airlines, while the fourth belongs to Merpati Nusantara<br>\nAirlines.<\/p>\n<p>Antara did not reveal where the four aircraft landed.<\/p>\n<p>Late last year, a Merpati aircraft skidded off the runway and<br>\nbroke into three pieces.
