        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Eid al-Fitr homecoming moment is being\nutilised by the public to check land conditions in their hometowns,\nincluding handling various land-related issues that may be\nencountered.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate this, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial\nPlanning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN) provides an integrated complaint\nchannel that allows the public to report obstacles without having to\nwait until the holiday period ends.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Ministry of\nATR\/BPN, Shamy Ardian, stated that the complaint channel is directly\nconnected to the relevant technical units so that public reports can be\nfollowed up immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Through this service, the public can select the destination work\nunit, ranging from Land Offices (Kantah), Regional Offices (Kanwil), to\ncentral units of the Ministry of ATR\/BPN.<\/p>\n<p>In the WhatsApp Hotline service, there are 12 options available to\nreach the technical units.<\/p>\n<p>If the public does not yet know the authorised unit, the report can\nbe directed to the central unit for analysis and forwarding to the\nrelevant parties.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to WhatsApp, the Ministry of ATR\/BPN also provides a\ncomplaint channel via email at surat@atrbpn.go.id.<\/p>\n<p>Every complaint received will be forwarded to the leadership of the\ntechnical unit for further processing.<\/p>\n<p>The public can also utilise the SP4N-LAPOR! service, which is\nintegrated with various ministries and agencies, including the Ombudsman\nand the Ministry of Home Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>In submitting reports, the public is asked to complete the legal\nstanding, such as the chronology of events, reasons for reporting, legal\nrelationships between parties, reporter\u2019s identity, and supporting\ndocuments.<\/p>\n<p>With this integrated complaint channel, the public who are on\nhomecoming can still report land problems easily and quickly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the clarity of the service flow and legal standing certainty,\nwe strive not only to protect the public from land mafia and broker\npractices but also to ensure that administrative processes run faster\nand more efficiently,\u201d Shamy concluded.<\/p>",
