        "content": "<p>Former starlet acquitted<\/p>\n<p>DENPASAR, Bali: Denpasar District Court acquitted on Saturday<br>\nformer child starlet Faradilla Sandy, 34, of charges of drug<br>\npossession due to lack of evidence.<\/p>\n<p>The child star was brought to court after police allegedly<br>\nfound her with Ecstasy pills as well as an inhaler for Shabu<br>\nShabu crystal metamphetamine at her house here in July.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The evidence and witnesses&apos; testimony clearly showed that<br>\nthere was no relation between Faradilla Sandy and the drugs found<br>\nin the attic of her house in the Renon area,&quot; Nyoman Gede<br>\nSugiantara, the defendant&apos;s lawyer said.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor IGA Sasmita and Srigati Gejer earlier demanded one<br>\nyear&apos;s imprisonment and a Rp 20 million fine as Faradilla was<br>\nsaid to be in flagrant violation of Psychotropic Law No. 5\/1997<br>\nfor drug-related possession.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I&apos;m so glad to be free and that I have finally proven my<br>\ninnocence,&quot; Faradilla said.(zen\/edt)<\/p>",
