Former football player's remains identified<\/p>\n
BALI: The remains of a former Nebraska football star were
\nidentified Friday, two weeks after a bombing killed more than 180
\npeople.<\/p>\n
Hong Kong-based attorney Jacob C. Young, 34, was in Bali for a
\nrugby tournament. He was an All-America center in the 1980s for
\nthe university's American football team, the Cornhuskers.<\/p>\n
Many of the dead were burned beyond recognition, and Young's
\nparents sent his medical records and samples of their own hair
\nand saliva to Indonesia in hopes of identifying any remains.<\/p>\n
His parents already had planned a memorial service for
\nSaturday.<\/p>\n
Young was among 11 victims identified Friday.<\/p>\n
"I think probably some closure is important," said former
\nNebraska coach Tom Osborne, who coached Young from 1986-89 and
\nnow is a Republican congressman. "It's been a real difficult
