        "content": "<p>Two defendants in a corruption case concerning the sale of disputed\nland in Bagik Polak Village, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), have\nbeen demanded prison sentences of one year and six months, as well as\ntwo years. The two are Amir Amraen Putra and Baiq Mahyuniati Fitria.\nAmir is the Head of Bagik Polak Village, while Mahyuniati is a former\nofficial at the West Lombok National Land Agency (BPN) office.<\/p>\n<p>The demands were read separately. The first prosecutor read the\ndemand for Amir. \u201cWe demand that the defendant Amir Amrean Putra be\nsentenced to two years\u2019 imprisonment,\u201d said Vikran Fasyadhiyaksa Putra\nYuniar, the prosecutor\u2019s representative reading the demand, on Monday\n(13\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the prison sentence, the prosecutor also imposed a\nfine of Rp 50 million on the defendant. If the fine is not paid, it will\nbe replaced with three months\u2019 imprisonment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe order that the defendant remain in custody,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, defendant Baiq Mahyuniati Fitria has been demanded one\nyear and six months\u2019 imprisonment. This former Head of the Control and\nDispute Resolution Section at the West Lombok BPN office has also been\ndemanded a fine of Rp 50 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the fine is not paid, it will be replaced with three months\u2019\nimprisonment.
