        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Minister of Forestry, Raja Juli Antoni, stated\nthat the forestry sector needs to become a new engine of growth through\nthe concept of green growth or green development.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Raja Juli emphasised that future forest management concepts\nshould not only focus on environmental preservation but also on creating\neconomic growth and improving community welfare sustainably.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cForests must be preserved. The primary responsibility of this\nministry is to maintain forest sustainability for the future of the\nnation and the world, but development must not stop. We need growth and\njob creation, but how do we then encourage green growth, so that our\nforests become a new engine of growth through a green growth pattern?\u201d\nthe Minister said in Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most important thing in planning now is its implementation. How\nwe can be consistent and steadfast in following through with what we\nhave already planned,\u201d said the Minister.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Raja Juli added that the government has opened a new chapter\nin forestry management through carbon trading as one of the instruments\nthat allows forests to remain protected while simultaneously providing\neconomic benefits to the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy message is singular, once again, be consistent.
