        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian National Police Forensics\nLaboratory (Puslabfor) has found and removed a drilling tool from the\nscene of a utility project trench explosion on Jalan RS Fatmawati Raya,\nCilandak, South Jakarta, which injured two workers. Cilandak Police\nChief Kompol Gusprihatin Zen stated that the Puslabfor team arrived at\nthe scene earlier on Wednesday to conduct a crime scene investigation.\nGusprihatin said he could not yet confirm whether negligence or intent\nplayed a role in the incident. From the investigation, a Puslabfor team\nwas observed carrying away the drill suspected to be key evidence. He\nnoted that the drill apparently struck a PLN power cable, causing the\nexplosion, adding that it was unlikely to have been deliberate and that\ndeeper investigation would follow. Police have previously suggested the\nblast was likely caused by a severed power cable during drilling. The\nincident occurred on Monday morning while workers were excavating to\nrepair a clean water pipe network. During the drilling, the equipment is\nbelieved to have hit an underground electrical cable, triggering the\nexplosion.
