Yusar Hasan as saying on Tuesday<br>\nthat the three foreigners, holders of Malta passports, were<br>\ncurrently being detained for questioning.<\/p>\n<p>Hakof Jalal, Chabok Negar and Yusefeyan Daryush, all residents<br>\nof Valleta city, were arrested following reports by several local<br>\nshop proprietors that they either lost their money or goods when<br>\nthey were under the foreigners' spell.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the so-called \"hypnosis\", the foreigners were<br>\nreportedly able to buy goods worth Rp 1 million for much less.<\/p>\n<p>\"I saw they gave me one million, but when they left, I<br>\ndiscovered that they only gave me Rp 400,000,\" a victim of the<br>\nscam said.<\/p>\n<p>The foreigners deny the charges.
