        "content": "<p>Foreigners released<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The police have released three foreigners and a<br>\nlocal who had earlier been accused for a drugs transaction, a<br>\npolice officer says.<\/p>\n<p>\"After a series of laboratory tests, we finally came to a<br>\nconclusion that the powder found in their possession during the<br>\nraids was not heroin powder, nor any other drug,\" City Police<br>\nspokesman Lt. Col. Iman Haryatna told The Jakarta Post on<br>\nSaturday.<\/p>\n<p>Iman, however, gave no details on the substance, saying that:<br>\n\"It's just a powder.\"<\/p>\n<p>Following the completion of the laboratory tests, police<br>\nimmediately released all the suspects, including two Nigerians<br>\nand a Canadian, who were detained on Tuesday evening near the<br>\nMcDonald's outlet at the Sarinah building on Jl. MH Thamrin in<br>\nCentral Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>They were arrested by the local police after a heated debate<br>\namong them at which the officers found eight small plastic bags<br>\ncontaining the powder and US$13,000 in cash.
