Chandra Sukma Kumara said the <br>\nBriton, Siddal John Arthur, was accompanying the other two <br>\nforeigners, who had Indonesian names and addresses in their <br>\npassport. The two foreigners were to be employed in the United <br>\nStates.<\/p>\n<p>Chandra said the two foreigners, who had Korean and Taiwanese <br>\naccents, were identified by their passport as Taufik Teguh, 25, a <br>\nresident of Jl. Margahayu Raya, Margacinta district, Bandung, <br>\nWest Java and Alif Sumantri, 48, a resident of Jl. Warung, <br>\nTanjung Priok, North Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>\"Taufik, holding passport No. F784469, and Alif, holding <br>\npassport No. G669698, were about to leave for the States at 11 <br>\np.m. along with Mr. Siddal. But when an immigration officer <br>\nchecked their passports, both Taufik and Alif could not speak <br>\nIndonesian nor English,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the officers handed the three men over to <br>\npolice.
