Col. Gunung Untung, said.<\/p>\n<p>Presiding Judge Agustinus Radja Bire said at a hearing last<br>\nweek that &quot;there is neither sufficient nor incriminating evidence<br>\nof illegal fishing in Indonesian waters.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The evidence in the case, consisting of four motor vessels and<br>\nfishing equipment, will be returned to PT Agrindo Bahari, which<br>\nowned all of the equipment used by the fishermen.
