        "content": "<p>The Corruption Eraduation Commission (KPK) has seized several assets\nduring a search of the residence of the former Deputy Minister of\nImmigration and Correctional Services, Silmy Karim. Among the seized\nassets is foreign currency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigators also seized a number of funds in both Rupiah and\nforeign currencies, such as USD, EUR, and YEN,\u201d said KPK spokesperson\nBudi Prasetyo to reporters on Monday (8\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>The search was conducted by the KPK on Friday (5\/6) at a residence\nlocated on Jalan Brawijaya III, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The KPK\nalso seized vehicles including sports cars and Harley-Davidson\nmotorcycles. The details of the assets seized from Silmy\u2019s home\ninclude:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>2 sports cars;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>10 two-wheeled vehicles ranging from Vespas and big bikes to\nHarleys;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>7 bicycles;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Jewellery;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Foreign currencies: US Dollars, Euros, and Yen.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The KPK has also seized evidence in the form of assets from other\nsuspects. This includes foreign currencies such as US Dollars and Saudi\nArabian Riyals, with the following details:<\/p>\n<p>Assets seized from JSP (Juniadi Sri Priambudi):<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li><p>Bank account balance worth Rp2.2 billion;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>3 bundles of land ownership certificates in Jakarta;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>3 cars;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>5 motorcycles;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>2 bicycles.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Assets from GST (Gusti Bernardiansyah):<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li><p>4 crypto asset accounts worth Rp1.2 billion;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>4 cars;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 towing truck;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>7 motorcycles;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 bundle of vehicle ownership books (BPKB);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>8 bicycles;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>500 grams of gold.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Assets from RAA (Ronald Arman Abdullah):<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li><p>Bank account balance under the name of RAA;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>18 gold bars weighing 200 grams;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Foreign currency: US Dollar, USD 14,500;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Foreign currency: Singapore Dollar, SGD 10,000;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Foreign currency: Saudi Arabian Riyal, SAR 30;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 vehicle ownership book (BPKB) for a car;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>2 vehicle ownership books (BPKB) for motorcycles;<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 certificate for a diamond ring.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It is reported that Silmy Karim has been detained by the KPK. In\naddition to Silmy, seven others have been named as suspects. Silmy and\nhis associates are facing charges under articles related to extortion\nand gratification.
