THIRD GENERATION SERVICE: The nation's biggest cellular operator,
\nTelkomsel provides a trial service for the third generation (3G)
\nmobile network as part of its commitment to developing the
\ncellular phone industry in Indonesia. The trial service was
\nconducted on May 26 to coincide with the company's 10th
\nanniversary. The trial service demonstrated the company's
\nreadiness to enter the new era of 3G service that will benefit
\nthe public, environment and industry. At the trial, Telkomsel
\ndemonstrated 3G-related services, such as video calls, video
\nstreaming and high-speed Internet browsing. Seen in the right
