        "content": "<p>Food packages for the poor<\/p>\n<p>TANGERANG (JP): The Tangerang Regency office is planning to<br>\ndistribute 6,000 staple food packages to families in 11 districts<br>\nto mark the country's Independence Day on Aug. 17.<\/p>\n<p>Regent Agus Djunara said over the weekend that the packages of<br>\nrice, cooking oil,instant noodles and sugar would be distributed<br>\nin Rajeg, Legok, Mauk, Sepatan, Kronjo, Kresek, Pakuhaji,<br>\nKosambi, Tigaraksa, Balaraja and Teluknaga.<\/p>\n<p>The office also plans to hold a series of social activities,<br>\nsuch as blood donations, one day free treatment for child birth,<br>\nmass medical treatment and mass circumcision for orphans and<br>\nchildren of the regency's lower ranking officers.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the regency office distributed 26,800 staple food<br>\npackages and 37,805 packages of medicine.
