Actually, neither the toll <br>\nroad or the artery roads are too crowded, except in areas close <br>\nto an intersection.<\/p>\n<p>After observing road conditions for many years, I have found <br>\nthat the traffic congestion at the Pasar Minggu intersection is <br>\nreally very serious, as vehicles merge from Warung Buncit\/Ragunan <br>\nand from Pasar Rebo\/Tanjung Barat. At this intersection, traffic <br>\njams can happen at any time, and even during the night there are <br>\nstill long lines of vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>This congestion, it turns out, is caused by the railway line <br>\nused by Jakarta-Bogor trains. Trains pass this line every five to <br>\n10 minutes and they come from both ways. This disrupts the <br>\nfunction of the traffic lights, so it is often the case that <br>\nvehicles cannot move at all. Plus, the railway line has made the <br>\nroad slightly damaged and bumpy.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I believe an underpass or a flyover will be needed <br>\nfor this area to ensure that the traffic along the artery road <br>\nmoves smoothly.
