        "content": "<p>Kupang (ANTARA) - The Flores Timur Regency Government (Pemkab) in\nEast Nusa Tenggara (NTT) has recorded 79 houses on Adonara Island\ndamaged due to a magnitude 4.7 earthquake that occurred on Thursday\n(9\/4) at 00:30 WITA. Flores Timur Regent Anton Doni, contacted by ANTARA\nfrom Kupang, stated that the 79 units represent preliminary data on\nhouses with light to severe damage up to 08:30 WITA. \u201cFor now, we have\nreceived reports that the worst conditions are in Terong Village and\nLamahala Village,\u201d he said. He detailed that the damage in Terong\nVillage reached 69 houses, while the rest are in Lamahala Village. This\nnumber remains dynamic as the data collection process continues.\nCurrently, he said, a team from the local Regional Disaster Management\nAgency (BPBD) has been deployed to the site to identify the extent of\ndamage and emergency response needs in the field. The Regent added that\nhis office is continuously updating the damage data as field\nverification is ongoing. Anton further stated that they have prepared\nemergency measures, including the distribution of tarps and tents to\naffected residents, while awaiting further coordination for handling.\n\u201cWe will soon prepare other emergency needs,\u201d he said.
