        "content": "<p>Jepara (ANTARA) - The floating hospital ship Malahayati has docked at\nClass II Jepara Port, Central Java, to provide healthcare services,\nbringing access closer to the community, especially in coastal and\nisland areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe appreciate the presence of the Floating Hospital Malahayati in\nJepara and over the past four days it has provided the best healthcare\nservices for Jepara residents,\u201d said Jepara Regent Witiarso Utomo during\nhis inspection of the healthcare services on the Floating Hospital\nMalahayati docked at Class II Jepara Port on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Also present on the floating hospital were the Head of the Jepara\nHealth Office Hadi Sarwoko, Deputy Chairman of the Jepara DPRD Junarso,\nand other elements.<\/p>\n<p>The presence of this floating hospital is also considered a concrete\nstep to bring healthcare access closer to the community, especially in\ncoastal and island areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn addition to healthcare services, the Floating Hospital Laksamana\nMalahayati also brings hope, care, and peace of mind to the community,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the presence of this floating hospital is very\nmeaningful for Jepara Regency. As a maritime area with a long coastline,\nthe existence of fishing communities, coastal areas, and its position as\na gateway to Karimunjawa makes a healthcare service model like this very\nrelevant and needed.<\/p>\n<p>On that occasion, the Jepara Regent also emphasised his commitment to\nimproving access to health insurance through the flagship BPJS\/KIS\nprogramme for underprivileged communities.<\/p>\n<p>This programme is considered very helpful for the community,\nespecially amid the central government\u2019s cut of more than 75,000 KIS\nrecipients. To address this, the Jepara Regency Government is increasing\nthe activation of JKN-KIS for underprivileged residents.<\/p>\n<p>This programme is supported by a budget allocation of Rp41.34 billion\nsourced from the Jepara Regency APBD.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo date, this programme has reached 112,232 beneficiaries,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a doctor from the Floating Hospital Malahayati, Michelle\nM, said that they continue to move for humanitarian missions by\nproviding healthcare services, especially to residents in\nunderdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) areas and coastal\nregions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis floating hospital is docked in Jepara, after previously touring\nand providing healthcare services in various regions in Indonesia. Today\nis the last day of services in Jepara. We bring doctors, nurses,\nmidwives, to medical staff,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>The facilities available range from examination facilities, inpatient\nrooms, to surgical areas. There is also an ambulance that can be used at\nany time if possible, as well as a trail motorcycle to reach difficult\nterrain.<\/p>",
