        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Five TNI Work Units have achieved the\nCorruption-Free Region (WBK) status due to their transparent and clean\nworking systems and administrations. The five institutions receiving the\nWBK status from the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and\nBureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) are the TNI Headquarters Information\nCentre (Puspen), the TNI Law Development and Human Rights Agency\n(Babinkum and HAM), the TNI Information and Data Processing Centre\n(Pusinfolahta), the TNI Mental Development Centre (Pusbintal), and the\nTNI Electronics Communication Unit (Satkomlek). In an official press\nrelease received by ANTARA in Jakarta on Friday, it was explained that\nthe five work units received award certificates from TNI Commander\nGeneral Agus Subiyanto and were presented at the TNI Bureaucratic Reform\nCoordination Meeting for 2026 in the Gatot Subroto Hall, TNI\nHeadquarters Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Thursday (9\/4). One way to\nimplement transparency within work units is by adopting a digitalisation\nsystem in carrying out administrative tasks. \u201cThe implementation of\ndigital government is carried out to support the main duties of the TNI\nin realising open, innovative, and accountable government governance,\u201d\nsaid Candra in the press release. Not only adopting a digitalisation\nsystem, Candra assessed that each work unit also needs to improve the\nquality of human resources (HR) to avoid being trapped in corrupt\npractices. \u201cStrengthening commitment from leaders as decision-makers and\nincreasing technical knowledge of bureaucratic reform personnel in the\nTNI is required,\u201d he explained. With this award, Candra hopes that all\nwork units will be motivated to create effective, transparent working\nsystems free from corrupt practices.<\/p>",
