        "content": "<p>The Jakarta Metropolitan Police Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas Polda\nMetro Jaya) is opening mobile driver\u2019s licence (SIM) services in five\nareas of Jakarta this Friday to assist residents with the renewal of\ntheir legal driving requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Polda Metro Jaya, via the <span class=\"citation\" data-cites=\"tmcpoldametro\">@tmcpoldametro<\/span> Instagram account,\nannounced that these SIM booths will be open from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB.\nThe locations are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>East Jakarta: Front lobby of Mall Grand Cakung<\/p>\n<p>North Jakarta: Main lobby of LTC Gloderm<\/p>\n<p>South Jakarta: Parking area beside Trilogi University<\/p>\n<p>West Jakarta: South lobby of Mall Ciputra<\/p>\n<p>Central Jakarta: Parking area of the Lapangan Banteng Post Office<\/p>\n<p>Prospective applicants must prepare and complete all necessary\nrequirements, as well as administrative fees, before visiting the\nrenewal locations. Required documents include a photocopy of a valid\nNational ID (KTP), the original and valid old SIM, proof of a health\nexamination, and proof of a psychological test conducted via the Simpel\nPol application.<\/p>\n<p>The mobile SIM service is only available for the renewal of specific\ncategories, namely SIM A and SIM C. For licences that have expired, even\nby a single day, owners must apply for a new licence at locations\ndesignated by the police.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding renewal fees, in accordance with Government Regulation\nNumber 76 of 2020 concerning the Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State\nRevenue (PNBP) applicable to the National Police, the cost is Rp80,000\nfor SIM A renewals and Rp75,000 for SIM C renewals. In addition to these\nfees, applicants are also required to pay for additional costs,\nincluding the psychological test and health examination fees via the\nSimpel Pol application.<\/p>",
