The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has stated\nthat five regions in DKI Jakarta are threatened by drought. BMKG has\neven declared five areas in DKI Jakarta to be on meteorological drought\nalert status for the period of 1 to 10 September 2026.<\/p>\n
These five regions include West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, East\nJakarta, North Jakarta, and the Seribu Islands Regency. This status is\nlisted under the meteorological drought early warning section on the\nofficial BMKG website, as reported on Thursday (3\/9).<\/p>\n
