The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) has officially
launched a digital application based on an integrated national system
called Siap Mutu (Quality Service Information System and Application).
The application is designed to accelerate the export process and ensure
Indonesian fishery products are accepted in international markets.

Operated under the authority of the Agency for Quality Control and
Inspection of Marine and Fishery Products (Badan Mutu KKP), the
application supports export services directly connected to various
systems including OSS (Online Single Submission) and INSW (Indonesia
National Single Window).

“Siap Mutu is a strategic tool for business operators to accelerate
export services whilst ensuring the acceptability of our products
abroad. Destination country authorities can even access quality
certificates (SMKHP) electronically via QR code,” said Ishartini, Head
of Badan Mutu KKP.

Fast and Transparent Processing in Just Five Minutes

With the introduction of Siap Mutu, the issuance of Fishery Product
Quality and Safety Certificates (SMKHP) can now be completed in just
five minutes. All stages, from application evaluation to technical
inspection, are conducted digitally. Verification of vessels, product
volumes and commodity data is also completed online.

One example of its implementation can be seen at the Badan Mutu
Provincial Office for West Java, located in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta. At
this location, export service users can also print non-tax state revenue
(PNBP) payment receipts directly through the integrated system.

“The entire process can be monitored online by business operators.
This represents modern, transparent and efficient public service
delivery,” explained Dede Suhendra, Acting Head of the Jakarta II Badan
Mutu Office.

National Synchronisation and Global Access

The Siap Mutu application is fully connected to the INSW system,
enabling data entered by business operators to be synchronised directly
with relevant ministries and agencies. This measure forms part of
efforts to accelerate and simplify export bureaucracy.

“We are also exploring digital certification with countries such as
Norway, and everything will be managed through a single gateway via the
INSW system,” Ishartini added.

This digitalisation is part of a direct instruction from the Minister
of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, to transform the
service system within KKP to become more modern, data-driven and
adaptive to changing times.

With the launch of Siap Mutu, KKP hopes to enhance the
competitiveness of Indonesian fishery products in the global market,
whilst supporting fast, efficient and reliable export governance.
",
