        "content": "<p>The government of Penajam Paser Utara Regency (PPU), East Kalimantan,\nhas emphasised that it will not implement cuts to the Income Allowance\nfor Civil Servants (TPP) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This\naffirmation comes amid a decline in the Regional Budget (APBD) due to\nreduced transfer funds from the central government.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven though the regional fiscal condition is facing challenges due\nto the decline, the local government is still striving to maintain the\nTPP for ASN to avoid any cuts,\u201d stated PPU Regent Mudyat Noor on\nWednesday (1\/4).<\/p>\n<p>He explained that given the current fiscal limitations faced by PPU,\nthe local government should be grateful for its continued commitment not\nto implement cuts, particularly on ASN allowances.<\/p>\n<p>However, he warned that future challenges will be even greater,\nespecially with new policies related to regional financial management.\nTherefore, all ASN are urged to improve their performance, discipline,\nand dedication in carrying out their duties.<\/p>\n<p>He also requested that all ASN work professionally and provide\noptimal, responsive, and quality services.
