        "content": "<p>The first flight group (Kloter) of East Javanese Hajj pilgrims for\nthe 1447 H\/2026 season officially landed at Juanda International\nAirport, Surabaya, on Monday night (1\/6). The arrival of these hundreds\nof pilgrims was marked by acts of prostration in gratitude (sujud\nsyukur) on the tarmac.<\/p>\n<p>The first group, comprising pilgrims from Malang, Surabaya, and\nProparte Probolinggo, arrived via Saudia Airlines flight SV 5124,\ncarrying a total of 378 pilgrims. \u201cAlhamdulillah, the first group has\narrived safely, smoothly, and securely at Juanda Airport. On Wednesday\n(1\/6), according to the schedule, there were four groups departing from\nKing Abdul Aziz Airport in Jeddah, with a total of 1,517 pilgrims,\u201d said\nthe General Manager of Juanda International Airport, Muhammad Tohir.<\/p>\n<p>Observing the arrival, the pilgrims, most of whom were wearing batik\nuniforms and white veils, appeared to disembark from the aircraft with\nvisible emotion and joy. A poignant moment occurred when a male pilgrim,\nafter disembarking from the bus, immediately performed a prostration on\nthe airport asphalt, pressing his hands and forehead to the ground.<\/p>\n<p>Airport officials subsequently directed the pilgrims towards the\ndesignated Hajj transport buses at the parking stand. Following the\ncompletion of the debarkation process, the pilgrims proceeded to the\nHajj dormitory for a series of health and administrative checks before\nbeing permitted to return to their respective home regions.<\/p>\n<p>The airport authorities estimate that they will serve a total of 116\nflight groups during this year\u2019s debarkation period, which is scheduled\nto conclude on 1 July 2026. \u201cAs airport managers, we have prepared\nthoroughly to ensure the smooth operation of Hajj flights for the 1446\nH\/2025 season, both in terms of human resources and supporting\nfacilities and equipment,\u201d said Tohir. Intensive coordination is also\nbeing maintained with various relevant agencies to ensure safe and\nsmooth airport operations.<\/p>\n<p>Laili, a pilgrim from Leces, Probolinggo, and a member of the first\ngroup, expressed her happiness at finally returning to Indonesia, noting\nher satisfaction with this year\u2019s Hajj services. \u201cAlhamdulillah, it has\nbeen extraordinary this year. I feel nothing was lacking, and I hope the\nquality of service is maintained in the future. We are quite satisfied;\nthe food and everything else was very supportive, thank you,\u201d said\nLaili.<\/p>",
