        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo has given\nhis response regarding the assault on a firefighter by a gang of muggers\non Jalan Hasyim Ashari, Gambir, Central Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Pramono said he had only just heard about the information.\nNevertheless, he asked the Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov DKI\nJakarta) ranks to provide support assistance and to escort the reporting\nto law enforcement authorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf it is true that a firefighter was assaulted by muggers and thugs\nin Gambir, then I request Satpol PP to provide support assistance and\nalso to report to law enforcement authorities,\u201d Pramono said in Jakarta\non Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Pramono stressed that criminal acts cannot be tolerated and must not\nhappen again in Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, Pramono emphasised that Jakarta must be a safe city for\nanyone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThings like this must not happen because this is vigilantism.\nWhatever, our country is a rule of law state,\u201d Pramono asserted\nfirmly.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, a firefighter became a victim of mugging in Gambir,\nCentral Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>The victim suffered injuries and material losses due to the loss of\nhis motorcycle and mobile phone.<\/p>",
