Indonesian financing platform FINGO highlights the growing demand for secured loans using vehicle or property certificates as collateral amid rising liquidity needs. The company offers an integrated system and end-to-end assistance to simplify the application process, which it claims can result in fund disbursement within three to seven days. This reflects broader trends in the multifinance sector, where total vehicle financing disbursements reached Rp404.94 trillion as of July 2025.

The increasing liquidity needs of the public have made access to fast
and easy financing a crucial factor in maintaining household financial
stability. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) recorded that total
motor vehicle financing disbursements by multifinance companies reached
Rp404.94 trillion as of July 2025. Chris Chen, Chief Executive Officer
of PT Anggrek Teknologi Indonesia, stated that loans secured by vehicle
ownership documents (BPKB) or property certificates (SHM) are often the
primary choice for people needing cash funds. “The process, which is
relatively simpler compared to unsecured loans, is a particular
attraction amidst both consumptive and productive needs,” Chris said in
a statement on Wednesday, 5 August 2026. However, he noted that for some
people, the loan application process is still considered complicated.
Document preparation and the selection of a financing institution often
remain obstacles, not to mention the equally complex interest rate
negotiations. “In this regard, financing companies like FINGO play a
role in providing assistance to prospective customers,” he said. Chris
explained that FINGO is a platform that connects the public with a
network of multifinance company partners. Through an integrated system,
FINGO helps customers apply for loans secured by vehicle BPKB (cars and
motorcycles) or property SHM. “The process begins with consultation and
document verification, followed by submission to a multifinance partner
that suits the customer’s needs,” Chris said. He explained that
assistance is the core value offered by FINGO to its customers. With
complete documents, the verification process can proceed more quickly,
with the average process from application to fund disbursement taking
between 3 and 7 days. “Doubt and confusion still often arise among the
public when applying for financing. That is why FINGO is here to assist
them from start to finish,” he said. To apply for a loan through FINGO,
customers need to prepare the following documents: customer’s KTP and
spouse’s KTP, Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), BPKB and STNK (for motor
vehicles) or SHM (for property), NPWP, proof of home ownership, and
proof of income. One of FINGO’s advantages is its integrated operational
system, designed to reach and respond to customer needs more quickly.
Prospective customers can begin the application process digitally, after
which the FINGO team will contact them for further processing.
",
