        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has\nadmitted to communicating directly with Director General of Customs\nDjaka Budi Utama regarding the emergence of Djaka\u2019s name in the\nindictment of an alleged bribery case for import permit facilitation\nthat ensnares Blueray Cargo Group leader, John Field.<\/p>\n<p>Purbaya said that Djaka stated he would follow the entire ongoing\nlegal process. However, Djaka\u2019s legal status so far remains limited to\nbeing mentioned in the indictment, with no further determination\nyet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have (communicated). He (Director General Djaka) will follow the\napplicable legal process. This isn\u2019t anything yet, it\u2019s still new,\u201d\nPurbaya told reporters at the Ministry of Finance, Jakarta, on Thursday\n(6\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo (deactivation). Not until it\u2019s clear what\u2019s going on there. The\nprocess is just starting.
