        "content": "<p>The government has recorded that the total transaction value of the\nKoperasi Desa\/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDKMP) reached Rp56.8 billion\nthroughout 2026, with fertiliser identified as the best-selling\ncommodity. Based on data from the KDKMP Management Information System\n(Simkopdes) accessed on Friday, the total transaction volume was\nrecorded at 54,316 transactions.<\/p>\n<p>NPK Phonska fertiliser was the commodity with the highest transaction\nvalue, reaching Rp15.09 billion from a volume of 8.17 million. This was\nfollowed by Urea fertiliser with a 46 per cent nitrogen content, which\nrecorded a transaction value of Rp11.27 billion from a volume of 6.20\nmillion.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond fertiliser, KDKMP transactions were also dominated by various\nstaple goods and subsidised items, including Bimoli cooking oil (2\nlitres) valued at Rp3.63 billion, medium-grade SPHP rice (5 kilogrammes)\nat Rp2.49 billion, regular rice at Rp1.14 billion, 3-kilogramme LPG\ncanisters at Rp486 million, and packaged sugar (1 kilogramme) at\nRp284.78 million.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Cooperatives Ferry Juliantono stated that the government\nintends to strengthen the role of KDKMP as a distribution centre for\nvarious subsidised goods to the public. A limited cabinet meeting led by\nPresident Prabowo Subianto has decided that the distribution of\nsubsidised items, such as 3-kilogramme LPG, fertiliser, cooking oil, and\nrice, will be channelled through KDKMP. \u201cGod willing, a Presidential\nRegulation will be issued soon to regulate the distribution of these\nsubsidised goods,\u201d Ferry said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Simkopdes data, a total of 83,380 KDKMP have been\nestablished to date, with 60,783 cooperatives having obtained a Business\nIdentification Number (NIB). Meanwhile, the construction of physical\nKDKMP outlets is ongoing. Of the 38,050 proposed land sites, 35,856 have\nbeen verified. Among these, 470 locations have been verified but have\nnot yet started construction, 18,855 locations are still under\nconstruction, and 16,531 outlets have reached 100 per cent construction\nprogress.<\/p>",
