PT ASDP Indonesia\nFerry (Persero) will suspend ferry operations from Ketapang Port in\nBanyuwangi to Gilimanuk, Bali, as well as several routes to Lombok, for\nthe period. \u201cOperational adjustments were also made because Nyepi\ncoincides with the Lebaran 2026 period, which is expected to see a surge\nin mobility,\u201d Aan Suhanan said in a written statement received in\nBanyuwangi, East Java, on Friday. The Ministry of Transportation\ntogether with ASDP have set the schedule for temporary suspensions at\nmajor ports. During the period, all ferry activities will be halted in\nline with Bali\u2019s Nyepi observance. The government has prepared several\ntraffic-management schemes to anticipate vehicle movements during 13\u201329\nMarch 2026, close to the Lebaran exodus. Among the steps are\noptimisation of Dermaga MB and LCM on the Ketapang\u2013Gilimanuk route, as\nwell as operation of alternative routes to distribute vehicle flow.
