As I happen to know about the program for provision of food
\nand economic restoration -- conducted by the research and
\ndevelopment division of the Indonesian Democratic Party (PDI)
\nPerjuangan and chaired by Mr. Kwik Kian Gie -- I would like to
\nappeal that it can be realized.<\/p>\n
I believe that this faction of the splintered PDI has
\nqualified professionals with high integrity and dedication, who
\nare also free from corruption, collusion and nepotism. I also
\nrealize the powerholders are making every effort to marginalize
\nPDI Perjuangan. I hope the people will in time witness the fall
\nof this tyrannical regime. Leaving many of the people to starve
\nand doing virtually very little to improve their lot is indeed
\nimmoral.<\/p>\n
Megawati Soekarnoputri should do everything in her capacity to
\nmake the above program a success. We do not want this nation to
\nbecome a horde of beggars.<\/p>\n
The important thing is that the full support of the people can
\nbe won only if the program executors show credibility and
\nindisputably good reputations.<\/p>\n
