FDC Dental Clinic, in collaboration with PT Agel Langgeng (Kapal Api\nGroup), held a dental health service event titled \u2018Dental Care On The\nMove\u2019. The activity took place at the company\u2019s premises in Medan Satria\nDistrict, Bekasi City, on Thursday (10\/9).<\/p>\n
Through the FDC Foundation pillar, this initiative introduced\nArtificial Intelligence (AI)-based dental examination innovations and\nthe FDC Smile Bus mobile examination fleet. \u201cThe presence of the FDC\nSmile Bus is part of our effort to bring dental health services closer\nto the community while utilising technology to help people better\nunderstand their dental health conditions,\u201d explained the CEO &\nFounder of FDC, Dr Ita Lestari, MARS, yesterday.<\/p>\n
According to Ita, the Smile Bus service is supported by the FDC Tooth\nAnalyzer, an AI-based technology that assists in the initial analysis of\ndental conditions and provides an overview of the required\ntreatments.<\/p>\n
\u201cTechnology is not merely about making services more modern, but\nabout how technology can make it easier for the public to access,\nrecognise their dental health conditions, and take early action,\u201d she\nexplained.<\/p>\n
EXAMINATION EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Ita noted that through the FDC Smile Bus and FDC Tooth Analyzer, the\nclinic aims to provide an examination experience that is easier, more\ninformative, and closer to the community. While technology assists the\nprocess, the final decisions and treatment recommendations remain with\nthe medical professionals. During the event held in cooperation with\nKapal Api Group, participants were directed to the FDC Smile Bus fleet\nfor further examination and treatment by FDC dentists.<\/p>\n
\u201cInside the bus, which is equipped with dental chairs and modern\nmedical equipment meeting ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards,\nparticipants can undergo in-depth consultations and dental procedures\nsuch as scaling and fillings using provided discount vouchers,\u201d she\nelaborated.<\/p>\n
This initiative received high enthusiasm from the employees and\nstakeholders of PT Agel Langgeng. One participant shared their\nimpression after receiving dental treatment inside the bus.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe dentist explained my dental condition very clearly and\nunderstandably. During the filling process, the handling was good and\nthe procedure was excellent,\u201d said the participant.<\/p>\n
Another participant expressed similar satisfaction regarding the\ncomfort of the scaling service in the FDC Smile Bus. \u201cScaling in the FDC\nbus felt pleasant and comfortable. The dentist was informative and\nfriendly, and the scaling process was painless,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n
