        "content": "<p>A joint search and rescue team is searching for a farmer who was\nreported missing after being swept away by a river current in Sabet Jaya\nvillage, Lamno sub-district, Aceh Jaya regency.<\/p>\n<p>Ibnu Harris Al Hussain, head of the Banda Aceh Class A Search and\nRescue Office, said in Banda Aceh on Tuesday that the victim was\nIbrahim, a 57-year-old resident of Sabet village, Lamno sub-district,\nAceh Jaya regency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was reported missing after being swept away while crossing the\nriver on his way home from his garden on Sunday (18 October) afternoon.\nThe search is still under way, involving a joint team and local\nresidents,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Al Hussain said the incident began when Ibrahim and his child were\ncrossing the river on their way back from the garden. Heavy rain was\nfalling upstream at the time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe victim\u2019s child managed to save themselves and then reported the\nincident to local residents. The Banda Aceh search and rescue office\nreceived information about the missing person from Lamno police,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Following the report, the Banda Aceh search and rescue office\ndispatched a search and rescue team. The search began on Monday (19\nOctober), with the team divided into two groups.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was not found, so the search was temporarily suspended. It\nresumed on Tuesday (20 October), again with two teams: the first\nsearched 3.5 kilometres of river using an inflatable boat, while the\nsecond covered 3.5 kilometres of land downstream.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlongside personnel from the Banda Aceh search and rescue office,\nthe search involves Indonesian Military personnel from the Lamno\nMilitary Sub-district Command, Lamno police officers, staff from the\nAceh Jaya Disaster Management Agency, the Aceh Jaya Search and Rescue\nTask Force, and local residents,\u201d Al Hussain said.<\/p>",
