        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said\nPT Raja Nusantara Berdaya (RNB), linked to the case involving suspect\nFadia Arafiq (FAR), was founded by the regent of Pekalongan\u2019s husband\nand son. \u2018ASH, who is the husband of the Regent and a member of the DPR\nRI for the 2024-2029 period, together with MSA, the Regent\u2019s son and a\nmember of the Pekalongan Regency DPRD for the 2024-2029 period, were\nfound to have established a company named PT RNB,\u2019 said Asep Guntur\nRahayu, Deputy Chairman for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK, at the\nRed and White Building of the KPK in Jakarta, on Wednesday. \u2018ASH is\nknown to be a member of Commission X of the DPR RI, Mukhtaruddin Ashraff\nAbu, while MSA is a member of the Pekalongan Regency DPRD, Muhammad\nSabiq Ashraff.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Moreover, Asep said PT RNB was founded by Ashraff and Sabiq in 2022,\nor one year after Fadia Arafiq was inaugurated as Pekalongan Regent for\nthe 2021-2025 period. \u2019In the company\u2019s organisational structure, ASH\nserves as Commissioner of PT RNB, while MSA was Director for the\n2022-2024 period,\u2019 he said. Then in 2024, Faida Arafiq, who is the\nbeneficiary of the company, decided to replace the Director of PT RNB\nfrom the position previously held by Sabiq to her sister, RUL. The KPK said it arrested Pekalongan Regent Fadia\nArafiq with aides and trusted associates in the Semarang area, Central\nJava. The KPK also announced the arrest of 11 others from Pekalongan,\nCentral Java. On 4 March 2026, KPK named Fadia Arafiq the sole suspect\nin a case of alleged corruption related to outsourcing services or\nmanpower outsourcing, and other procurement within Pekalongan Regency\nGovernment for the 2023-2026 fiscal year.<\/p>",
