Adies Kadir and his daughter Adela Kadir are cadres of the Golkar\nParty. Both ran for DPR seats in the same electoral district, East Java\nI. At that time, Adies garnered the most votes. He was elected with\n147,185 votes, followed by Adela in second place with 12,792 votes.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the provisions for interim replacement under Law\nNo.\u00a017 of 2014 on the MPR, DPR, DPD, and DPRD (UU MD3), the replacement\nseat is given to the next highest vote-getter from the same party in the\nsame electoral district.<\/p>\n
