        "content": "<p>Enthusiasm and eagerness amongst students were evident at People\u2019s\nSecondary School (Sekolah Rakyat Menengah Atas\/SRMA) 10 Margaguna in\nSouth Jakarta on Wednesday, 11 March, when Senior Vice President and\nExecutive Committee Member of Exxon Mobil Corporation Jack Williams and\nExxonMobil Indonesia President Wade Floyd attended the kick-off event\nfor a STEM-based education programme.<\/p>\n<p>The programme marks the beginning of a new phase for the school in\nexploring robotics and coding through STEM education. SRMA 10 Margaguna\nheadmaster Ratu Mulyanengsih expressed deep appreciation for ExxonMobil\nIndonesia\u2019s tangible support, stating: \u201cWe are very grateful for this\nsupport. We hope that through this assistance, SRMA 10 can build a\nstrong STEM-based curriculum and educational foundation to educate\nchildren to have the critical thinking and creativity needed in the\nfuture.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Through a partnership with Prestasi Junior Indonesia, ExxonMobil\nIndonesia is delivering a STEM curriculum packaged through project-based\nactivities across three People\u2019s Schools. Educational institutions have an\nimportant role in creating discrimination-free learning environments\nwhilst providing role models for students, particularly young women.<\/p>\n<p>President Prabowo Subianto has emphasised the government\u2019s commitment\nto the future of Indonesian children, exploring STEM and medical\ncooperation with 24 leading British universities to strengthen higher\neducation and medical personnel. These activities are grounded in the\nmandate of Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution regarding citizens\u2019 right\nto education and the spirit of Presidential Instruction No.\u00a0120 of 2025\nissued by President Prabowo.<\/p>\n<p>Government officials have stressed that the People\u2019s School\ninitiative serves as a golden bridge for education among vulnerable\nfamilies, with programmes such as free schooling already benefiting over\n60,000 students across 801 private schools in Banten province.<\/p>",
