The\nsingle judge of the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Sulistyo\nMuhammad Dwi Putro, said the hearing must be conducted marathon-style\nbecause the proceedings are time-bound. \u2018This hearing schedule is\ninformal, but the parties are asked not to haggle over the timetable\nbecause the pretrial examination is time-bound,\u2019 Sulistyo said at the\nSouth Jakarta District Court on Tuesday, 3 March 2026. He noted that on\nWednesday (4 March 2026) today, the hearing will comprise three agendas\nat once: the respondent\u2019s answer, the applicant\u2019s rejoinder, and the\nrespondent\u2019s sur-reply.
