        "content": "<p>Exhibition on art, architecture<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The city administration will hold a two week art<br>\nand architecture exhibition in the National Monument compound in<br>\nCentral Jakarta, starting tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the National Monument Authority Ekki Husein Katili<br>\nsaid that the exhibition was being held in conjunction with the<br>\ncommemoration of the city's 468th anniversary and in cooperation<br>\nwith the Jakarta Arts Institute.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 160 works, including paintings and architectural<br>\nmodels created by 86 Indonesian artists, will be displayed at the<br>\nexhibition.<\/p>\n<p>Artists who will be in attendance at the exhibition are Abbas<br>\nAlibasyah, Koentjaraningrat, Ratmini Soedjatmoko, Syaukat<br>\nBandjarsari, Zaini and Nazhar.<\/p>\n<p>The works have been selected by a board of curators,<br>\nconsisting of representatives of the Jakarta Arts Council, the<br>\nJakarta Arts Institute and the Indonesian Architecture<br>\nAssociation.
