[JPM.N]<br>\nanalyst-trainee has pleaded guilty to trading on inside<br>\ninformation about four companies that were subjects of takeovers,<br>\nfederal prosecutors said on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The trainee, Roy Handojo, 25, an Indonesian citizen who was<br>\nemployed at J.P. Morgan&apos;s Financial Institution Group, faces a<br>\npossible maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $1 million<br>\nfine.<\/p>\n<p>Federal prosecutors said Handojo pleaded guilty on Thursday in<br>\nfederal court in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>Handojo had been charged with making $350,000 from the trades.<br>\nThe trades involved Barnett Banks, Signet Banking Corp., ACC<br>\nConsumer Financial Corp. and Great Financial Corp.<\/p>\n<p>He is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 9 before U.S. District<br>\nJudge Robert Patterson.<\/p>",
