        "content": "<p>Jakarta Metro Police presented evidence from two murder cases in\nDepok and Bekasi on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The two victims in these cases were Ermanto Usman, 65, a retired\nemployee of PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT). He was\nmurdered by a suspect with the initials S at his home in Pondok Gede,\nBekasi, on Monday, 2 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The other victim, DH, 55, was killed by her common-law husband, ARH,\n44, following a verbal dispute in Limo, Depok in October 2025. His body\nwas only discovered five months later by his child on Saturday, 7 March\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Among the evidence displayed were a crowbar used by suspect S to kill\nErmanto, and rope and cable used by ARH to kill DH. Other evidence items\non display included cash, scissors, a mobile phone, and a laptop\nallegedly taken from Ermanto\u2019s home by S.<\/p>\n<p>On a separate table to the right were displayed rope, a corroded\npadlock, a photograph of the victim\u2019s clothing which was no longer\nintact, and three carpets allegedly used to cover the victim\u2019s body.<\/p>\n<p>Today, police will release information regarding the two murder cases\nbeing handled by the Robbery and Violent Crime Unit and Mobile Brigade\nof the Criminal Investigation Directorate of Jakarta Metro Police.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Head of the Robbery and Violent Crime Unit, AKBP Abdul\nRahim, revealed that the suspect in Ermanto\u2019s murder had already been\narrested.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, it is true that the suspect has been arrested,\u201d Rahim told\nKompas.com on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team secured suspect ARH and evidence in South Tambun on 8 March\n2026,\u201d said Resa when contacted separately.<\/p>",
