        "content": "<p>Estrada set to return to jail<\/p>\n<p>MANILA (AP): Ousted President Joseph Estrada is well enough to<br>\nleave a military hospital and return to his remote detention<br>\ncell, his doctors told an anti-graft court on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The report by Dr. Salvador Flores said Estrada suffers several<br>\nailments but they are not worsening and present \"no compelling<br>\nreasons to institute additional treatment.\"<\/p>\n<p>The court ruled last week that Estrada, arrested April 25 on<br>\naccusations of massive corruption, must leave the hospital and<br>\nreturn to a special detention center south of Manila as soon as<br>\nhe is fit to do so.<\/p>\n<p>Police said they plan to transfer Estrada back to the center<br>\non June 19, the day after he is to make an initial court<br>\nappearance.<\/p>\n<p>But Estrada lawyer Rene Saguisag said he will ask the court to<br>\nallow Estrada to be detained throughout his upcoming trial at<br>\npolice headquarters in Manila.<\/p>",
