        "content": "<p>Erring bus operators found<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): At least 15 inter-city buses, whose crew members<br>\nwere found guilty of substantially raising ticket prices over the<br>\nIdul Fitri holiday, will soon be reported to the Directorate<br>\nGeneral of Land Transportation.<\/p>\n<p>Herman Tonglo Langi, head of the City Traffic and Land<br>\nTransportation Control Office, told Antara yesterday that crew<br>\nmember violations were uncovered directly at bus terminals and<br>\nothers by reports from the public.<\/p>\n<p>\"Some of them were uncovered by Jakarta Governor Surjadi<br>\nSoedirdja himself during an incognito visit at the Pulogadung<br>\nterminal,\" Herman said.<\/p>\n<p>Besides raising the tariffs, several bus crewmen were also<br>\nfound guilty of selling tickets to potential passengers when no<br>\nmore buses were available, stranding a number of passengers, he<br>\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>The owners of the guilty bus companies have been identified<br>\nonly as PO H (which service Jakarta-Yogyakarta route), PO D<br>\n(Jakarta-Central Java cities), PO K (Jakarta-Palembang), PO R<br>\n(Jakarta-Medan), PO TD (Jakarta-Jepara) and PO TJ (Jakarta-Solo).<br>\n(hhr)<\/p>",
