Erratic BCA ATMs<\/p>\n

My husband wanted to take out some cash at a BCA ATM in Hero
\nSupermarket, Blok M Plaza, on Sept. 22.<\/p>\n
Pressing the button for Rp 500,000 produced no response,
\ndespite repeated efforts. Another try, this time for Rp 200,000,
\nyielded the money asked for.<\/p>\n
Later in the day, at Makro in Pasar Rebo, a similar machine
\ndid not respond to several presses of the button.<\/p>\n
At a BCA ATM in Hero's subsidiary in Cijantung, my husband
\ncould obtain Rp 400,000, but we were aghast to see that the
\nearlier balance on the withdrawal slip did not tally with the
\nbalance quoted after the previous transaction in Blok M Plaza.<\/p>\n
On Sept. 25, we went to Bank Central Asia in Salemba to
\ninquire about the balance. The bank showed the same balance as
\nthe one mentioned at Cijantung.<\/p>\n
I hereby request an explanation from Bank Central Asia's
\nmanagement on the confusing state of my husband's Tahapan
\naccount.<\/p>\n
To BCA ATM card holders, I would advise to keep withdrawal
\nslips as proof.<\/p>\n
