        "content": "<p>Equitor gets ISO 9002 award<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Standard Chartered Equitor, a custodial and<br>\nclearing division of Standard Chartered Bank, has received ISO<br>\n9002 certification<\/p>\n<p>The company said Saturday that the certification was awarded<br>\nby SGS Yarsley International Certification Services in<br>\nrecognition of its quality system and excellence in the provision<br>\nof custodial services, including safekeeping, registration,<br>\nsettlement and corporate actions in Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Equitor is the first custodial service provider in Indonesia<br>\nto receive ISO 9002 certification, the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>Standard Chartered Equitor has helped shape and support the<br>\ndevelopment of stock markets in Indonesia through cooperation<br>\nwith the Capital Market Supervisory Agency, the Jakarta Stock<br>\nExchange and PT Kliring Penjamin Efek Indonesia (KPEI).<\/p>\n<p>The statement said that Equitor had committed to taking a 5<br>\npercent stake in the new central depository company PT Kustodian<br>\nSentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), which would take over KPEI's role<br>\nlater this month.
