        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Propan Raya is reinforcing the transition in\nbuilding coating technology from solvent-based materials towards\nenvironmentally friendly alternatives through its participation in\nARCH:ID 2026.<\/p>\n<p>At this architecture exhibition, taking place from 23 to 26 April\n2026 at ICE BSD, the paint company is promoting a vision of sustainable\narchitecture via a campaign for innovative water-based products.<\/p>\n<p>This step forms part of the company\u2019s commitment to green building\nstandards, which began in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The shift to water-based products is considered crucial as it reduces\nexhaust gas emissions, improves occupant health factors, and minimises\nenvironmental impact compared to conventional products.<\/p>\n<p>The entire product line has been developed to meet the specifications\nof modern architectural projects that demand high performance without\nneglecting sustainability aspects.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hope that Propan\u2019s presence can increase awareness of the\nimportance of using water-based products as a healthier and more\nenvironmentally friendly painting solution,\u201d said CEO of Propan Raya,\nKris Rianto Adidarma, quoted on Friday (24\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s ARCH:ID organisation adopts the theme \u201cSynthesis Scheme,\u201d\na concept formulated by three female curators: Afwina Kamal, Trianzani\nSulshi, and Dhanie Syawalia.<\/p>\n<p>This theme stems from a desire to break the exclusivity of the\narchitectural profession and encourage cross-disciplinary\ncollaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Afwina Kamal explained that the concept starts from inclusivity,\nmeaning equal roles in the construction ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Trianzani Sulshi added that the idea is translated into the phrase\n\u201cTaking Space as a Shared Language.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the context of the exhibition, this is realised through strict\nregulations requiring every booth participant to collaborate with other\nprofessions, from lighting designers to performing artists.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArchitecture has been in isolation for too long. It is time for\narchitecture to stand more holistically by embracing other disciplines,\u201d\nTrianzani emphasised.<\/p>\n<p>This curatorial approach also touches on the functional aspects of\nthe exhibition space, including accessibility for people with\ndisabilities, the elderly, and children, to ensure that the message of\ncollaboration can be felt by the entire spectrum of visitors.<\/p>",
