"content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 The Head of the Customs Intelligence Section I of the\nDirectorate of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General\nof Customs, Orlando Hamonangan, also known as Ocoy, disclosed the\nexistence of an envelope coded \u20181\u2019 in the alleged bribery case involving\nBlueray Cargo owner John Field. Ocoy said that Sri Pangestuti, or Tuti,\nvisited his office and brought several envelopes marked codes 1 to 3 for\nofficials at the Directorate General of Customs. \u2018For the envelope\nentrusted to me, the brown envelope bears initials and the numbers 2 and\n1,\u2019 Ocoy testified before a panel of judges at the Corruption Court,\nEast Jakarta, on Wednesday (20 May 2026). However, Ocoy confessed he\nonly knew the recipients of envelopes 2 and 3, not the recipient of\nenvelope code 1. He said envelope code 2 was given to Rizal, and\nenvelope code 3 was for the Head of the Sub-Directorate for Intelligence\nP2, DJBC, Sisprian Subiaksono. \u2018Number one I do not know, Sir,\u2019 Ocoy\nsaid. Meanwhile, Ocoy, Rizal and Sisprian have been named as suspects by\nthe KPK. Also named were the owner of Blueray PT, John Field; the Head\nof the Blueray Import Documentation Team, Andri; and Blueray Operations\nManager, Dedy Kurniawan. Most recently, the KPK named Budiman Bayu\nPrasojo, Head of the Customs Intelligence, Enforcement and Investigation\nSection (P2) of DJBC, as a suspect on Friday 27 February 2026. KPK\nDeputy for Enforcement and Execution Asep Guntur Rahayu said John Field\nwanted illicit or counterfeit goods imported by his company PT Blueray\nnot to be inspected on entry to Indonesia. \u2018PT BR wants the goods under\nits umbrella, which are imported from abroad, not to undergo checks. So\nthey can pass through the customs inspection easily,\u2019 Asep said at a\npress conference on the evening of Thursday 5 February 2026. From the\nDirectorate General of Customs there is Sisprian Subiaksono as Head of\nthe Intel P2 DJBC and Orlando Hamonangan as Intelligence Section Head\nDJBC.
