JAKARTA — The Indonesian Association of Nutritious Food Entrepreneurs
(Gapembi) has launched the ANTRA by GAPEMBI digital application as an
integrated solution to support the implementation of the Free Nutritious
Meals Programme (MBG).

Gapembi General Chairman Alven Stony stated that ANTRA was developed
from various inputs from field actors who require a more transparent and
accountable reporting system.

“This is a real solution to support and ensure the success of the
Free Nutritious Meals Programme (MBG). We want to ensure that all
processes, both production and reporting, run effectively and can be
accounted for,” Alven said in a press release on Wednesday
(1/4/2026).

Through the integrated system, data can be accessed more easily and
transparently, thereby facilitating the auditing process by various
parties.

Gapembi General Secretary Hasan Basri said that the presence of ANTRA
enables implementing foundations to monitor activities in real time.

“Through ANTRA, foundations can directly monitor the implementation
of the MBG programme. This will improve the quality of supervision while
strengthening accountability,” Hasan stated.

He also mentioned that the implementation of ANTRA will soon be
expanded to all Regional Leadership Councils (DPW) and Branch Leadership
Councils (DPC) of Gapembi.

This step is expected to position Gapembi not only as an implementer
but also as an internal supervisory force through its members.

Meanwhile, Founder and Initiator of ANTRA Aditia Pratama explained
that the application has undergone trials at several SPPG sites in South
Sulawesi.

Aditia said that ANTRA not only focuses on reporting budget usage but
also ensures the nutritional quality of the food distributed in the MBG
programme.

“We want to address the emerging issues, whether this is just food
distribution or truly meets nutritional quality standards. ANTRA enables
systematic menu preparation and real-time nutritional distribution
reporting, both daily and cumulative,” he said.

According to him, every menu used in the system will be stored in a
recipe database developed together with professional chefs to guarantee
the quality of the produced food.

“Every single rupiah of state budget must be accounted for. Through
ANTRA, the accountability process becomes easier, transparent, and
comprehensive. This is a form of information openness to the public as
well as responsibility to the state,” Alven added.
",
