The expansion now continues to Reunion Island, a\nFrench territory. Semen Indonesia is shipping 11,275 metric tonnes of\ncement from the Teluk Bayur Port owned by PT Semen Padang. This shipment\nmarks the initial phase of a total 31,500 metric tonnes scheduled from\nMay to July 2026. \u201cSIG\u2019s initiative to provide eco-friendly green cement\nserves as a competitive advantage for the company. The CEM I 52.5 N type\ncement produced by SIG and exported to Reunion Island has successfully\nobtained the CE (Conformit\u00e9 Europ\u00e9enne) Marking, which is a mandatory\nindicator that the product meets the European Union\u2019s standards for\nsafety, health, and environmental protection,\u201d said Indra in a written\nstatement on Wednesday (6\/5\/2026).
