It provides\nsix canoes that can be rented for Rp20,000 per canoe with unlimited time\neach afternoon while enjoying the sunset. Tourists ride canoes enjoying\nthe sunset atmosphere in the tidal flood-affected rice fields in Kandang\nPanjang, Pekalongan City. Besides enjoying the paddling activity,\ntourists are treated to a panorama of the setting sun reflecting on the\nsurface of the water that has submerged the former rice fields. The\ncanoe tourism in the tidal flood-affected rice fields is an example of\nhow community creativity can transform a disaster-stricken area into an\nattractive destination while supporting local economic development and\ncommunity-based tourism.
