However, even the<br>\naforementioned departments can examine qualifications but not<br>\nperformance or effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, it is the responsibility of the language school to<br>\nguarantee academic quality. Only they can assure that a teacher<br>\nis not only well trained but also professional, effective,<br>\nconcerned, and friendly.
