        "content": "<p>The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) is designing a\nsocialisation campaign on the benefits of developing the Andaman Block\ngas field, with advantages for the people of Aceh as a key priority.\nDirector General of Oil and Gas at the ESDM Ministry, Laode Sulaeman,\nstated after attending the opening of the Global Hydrogen Ecosystem\nSummit &amp; Exhibition 2026 in Jakarta on Tuesday that the ministry\nwants to create effective outreach steps so that the Acehnese people\nunderstand that the Andaman block\u2019s presence is a priority for them.\nLaode said the government is currently seeking a middle ground or\nwin-win solution for the development of the Andaman Block gas. He\nclarified that this middle ground involves reconciling the government\u2019s\nplans, the business entities, and the cooperation contract contractors\n(KKKS) as signed in the Plan of Development (POD), with the community\u2019s\ndesire to optimise the benefits of the Andaman Block gas development.\n\u2018There should be no assumption that this gas is being piped to Java.
