        "content": "<p>PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN), a subsidiary of PT Elnusa Tbk. (ELSA) and\npart of the Pertamina Group ecosystem, has reaffirmed its operational\nreadiness in supporting the implementation of the Ramadan\u2013Eid 2026\/1447\nH Task Force of PT Pertamina (Persero), which has been running from 9\nMarch to 1 April 2026. This readiness is crucial in anticipating the\nincrease in national energy consumption whilst ensuring the distribution\nof fuel remains safe, reliable, and timely across all operational\nregions.<\/p>\n<p>As one of the backbone entities of national energy logistics, Elnusa\nPetrofin is optimising operational capability through fleet\nstrengthening, enhancement of human resources competence, and\npreparation of supporting infrastructure integrated with HSSE (Health,\nSafety, Security, and Environment) safety standards. During this task\nforce period, Elnusa Petrofin is operating 1,885 fuel tanker units with\na combined carrying capacity reaching 31,576 kilolitres (KL).<\/p>\n<p>Fleet strengthening is supported by the addition of 114 new tanker\nunit assets, as part of the company\u2019s strategy to increase reliability\nand distribution flexibility amid the surge in energy demand. On the\nhuman resources front, the company has prepared 7,567 tanker crew\nmembers distributed across all operational regions.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure service quality and distribution safety, Elnusa Petrofin\nhas implemented a competency enhancement programme for 1,083 tanker crew\nmembers, upgrading them from Level 2 to Level 1. This step reflects the\ncompany\u2019s commitment to building adaptive and professional human\nresource capacity to face operational dynamics, particularly during peak\nenergy consumption periods.<\/p>\n<p>As a mitigation measure against potential demand surge, Elnusa\nPetrofin has also prepared 225 additional fleet units through spot\ncharter arrangements strategically distributed across various regions.\nThese vehicles serve as buffer capacity to maintain smooth distribution,\nparticularly in areas with high consumption rates and areas facing\naccessibility challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Elnusa Petrofin Chief Executive Officer Doni Indrawan affirmed the\ncompany\u2019s readiness during the Ramadan\u2013Eid task force as part of a\nlong-term commitment to safeguarding national energy security. \u201cThe\nRamadan\u2013Eid task force is a strategic national service mission that\ndemands comprehensive operational readiness. Elnusa Petrofin ensures\nthat every aspect, from human resources, fleet, to distribution control\nsystems, is in optimal condition,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In the aspect of operational safety, the company is operating Road\nTraffic Control (RTC) ready to accompany crew members on duty, and 124\nrest areas and checkpoints distributed throughout Indonesia to ensure\ncrew fitness during operations. Every crew member is required to rest\nafter a maximum of four hours of driving, as part of HSSE-based fatigue\nmanagement implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Elnusa Petrofin has prepared 25 pocket fuel station\npoints with a capacity of 16 KL located in traffic-prone areas to ensure\ncontinuity of fuel supply at critical points during the mass exodus and\nreturn migration. \u201cWe are committed to ensuring that energy remains\navailable safely, timely, and sustainably, so that people can carry out\ntheir worship and celebrate Eid with peace of mind,\u201d said Doni.<\/p>\n<p>In supporting the stability of national energy distribution, Elnusa\nPetrofin also channels fuel to strategic sectors, including 520 police\nfuel stations (SPBP) to support security operations, as well as 638\npremium fuel and diesel agents (APMS) distributed throughout Indonesia,\nincluding 3T regions (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped\nareas).<\/p>\n<p>Through integrated readiness, Elnusa Petrofin reaffirms its role as\none of the frontline forces in national energy distribution, whilst\nensuring that every litre of energy supplied becomes part of efforts to\ndeliver smooth mobility, security, and comfort for the community during\nRamadan and Eid 1447 H.<\/p>",
